SpiritDance SoulSong: A Chakra Balancing Movement Meditation & Sound Journey
Join Daphne for an exploration of using breath, sounds, songs and dance to activate the energy of your chakras. Inspired by music from around the globe, your feet will dance, your bones will shake and your spirit will fly quieting your mind. With all circuits open, we’ll sound and sing from our feet, bellies and hearts leaving our chakras balanced and open to give and receive.

歌が大好きだったり、好きだけど、苦手意識があったり、
音楽のパワーと共に、声をだし、歌う。
自然と心地よくそんな感覚を体感することができるでしょう。
ココロとカラダを自由にすることで、声は解放されていきます。
ダフネと共に、ソウルソングとマントラを体験しましょう。

SoulSongs and the Art of Freeing your Voice:
If you have always wanted to sing, love singing or just love music.
Come explore your authentic voice and the healing power of music. The sound
of your own voice is the most healing medicine for your body, mind and soul.
Daphne will offer tools and techniques for opening your voice and share a
combination of Soulsongs and chants taken from a variety of cultural traditions
from around the world. Experience the power of your unique voice. All are
welcome. No musical background needed.

Daphne Tse
テキサス州出身、世界で活躍中の魂のこもったシンガーソングライター。15年前に始めて受けたヨガ以来、彼女のコンテンポラリーなフォークソングのシンガーソングライターと融合しました。テキサス大学、シカゴのOld Town School of Folk Musicで音楽を学び、Jai Uttal氏からキールタンを学びました。彼女の音楽はShiva Reaのヨガミュージックでも紹介され、２つのソロアルバム’Mata’ と’Finding Water’をリリースしています。
